1. 1. Acceptance

   By using Platformia.ai, you agree to these Terms.

2. 2. Services & IP Ownership

   Platformia.ai provides custom engineering services. All code, IP, and platform ownership details are formally transferred to clients under direct Master Services Agreements (MSAs) executed with Island of One, Inc.

3. 3. Limitation of Liability

   Island of One, Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from preliminary use of this Site.

4. 4. Governing Law

   Jurisdiction lies within the State of California.
